My career started in developer real estate — selling homes in luxury gated communities from Hilton Head to the Caribbean. Ritz Carlton properties. Private golf clubs. Communities that didn’t just sell square footage — they sold a lifestyle.To succeed in that world, you had to be elite. You had to understand marketing at a deep level. You had to know how to generate leads, nurture them for 18 months or more, run a discovery process that actually qualified buyers, and then close the deal with confidence.Over time, I developed a seven-step sales system that produced results in every market I entered. I built a YouTube channel that generated inbound leads FROM SCRATCH. I built teams that were voted the best in the Lowcountry of South Carolina three years in a row.
